# MOSFET Amplifier 200W using IRFP250N:

MOSFET amplifier 200W using IRFP250N has four pieces of IRFP250N. IRFP250N transistors are very cheap and available in electronics market. IRFP250N 200W MOSFET amplifier circuit has very good performance.

IRFP250N 200W MOSFET amplifier circuit has designed for single or mono audio output. If we need stereo output then we should build two similar circuits. Firstly one circuit have to make for performance testing to ensure that the circuit really working well with best audio output.

We have to use dual type of power supply. (positive voltage, ground voltage and negative voltage). We need 4 amperes minimum of transformer with ±45V output for mono circuit. For stereo circuit we have to use 8 amperes. We also can use 6 ampere transformer for stereo circuit.

About power supply

If we use 45 voltage and 4 ampere for mono circuit diagram. Then our watts will be? We know voltage X amperes = Watts. Then our voltage is 45 and ampieres is 4, So, 45X4=180 Watts we can get frome this circuit if we use 45 voltage and 4 amprers. Or for stereo amplifier we have to use 8 amperes then our Watts will be. 45X8=360. Always we have to use good quality of transformer. The transformer primary and secondary watts need to same watts. Otherwise we can’t get actual watts. So please always use good type of transformer.
