1000W Class D Amplifier

1000W Class D Amplifier:

This is a 1000W Class D Amplifier diagram using IRFP250N MOSFET. we can use 50 voltage to 150 voltage. we can get a maximum of 1000 watts from this circuit diagram. it’s a mono audio circuit. for stereo, we have to use dual circuits to make stereo. here use IRS20124S for driver ic. and 2 MOSFET. 

Here have one ziner diode without code. that ziner diode should be 1n4148. here also need 20 voltage to drive the IC. and 150 voltage for the MOSFET. 

This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker.
