5.1 amplifier circuit diagram

5.1 Amplifier Circuit Diagram:

This is a 5.1 amplifier circuit diagram. This board has 6 inputs and 6 outputs: 2 front speakers, 2 surround speakers, and one center speaker. and the Subwoofer. Every channel got 20 watts with 6 ohms. Minimum voltage is 23-0-23 and maximum voltage is 36-0-36.

Here is a low-pass filter circuit to make the bass for the subwoofer speaker.

Low-pass filter for subwoofer amplifier:

This is the low-pass filter for the subwoofer amplifier. This circuit needs to make a bass amplifier. We also need to make a 2.1,5.1 audio sound system. This board makes only bass. makes only the low part. It has no mid-range or high part. It’s also a pre-amplifier. It’s output mono. Input stereo but output mono. This board runs on 9 volts to 15 volts. It needs a single voltage. For this, we can use this board in the car amplifier.

This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker.

DIY amplifier diagram:

This is a DIY amplifier diagram. This circuit can produce 100 watts using 35 volts and 3 amperes. It’s a mono-circuit board. Here, it needs dual voltage. positive, negative, and ground voltage. This circuit uses 2 transistors 2sc5200 and 2SA1943. This pair of transistors can make 100 watts. One PNP, another is an NPN transistor. here using 35-0-35 voltage and 3 amperes.

Details about 2SC5200

2sc5200 Polarity is NPN. Max Collector Power Dissipation is 150 Watts. The Max Collector-Base Voltage is 250 Voltage. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250 Voltage. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Voltage. Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes.

Details about 2SA1943

2sa1943 Polarity is PNP.

Here we can see maximum voltage is 250 voltage can be applied to the Emitter and Collector, and the Base can take 5 volts. and the voltage ampere can take a maximum of 17 amperes.
