This is an amplifier circuit 200 watts. this diagram can make 200 watts. here use 2 pair transistors. 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 this pair transistor can make 100 watts. we use here 2 pair. and we can use 25-0-25 voltage to 60-0-60 voltage and 5 amperes in this board. 2sc5200 is a NPN positive transistor and 2sa1942 is a PNP negative transistor. we also can use another transistor here but must follow the PNP and NPN and BCE.
2sc5200 Polarity is NPN. 2sa1943 polarity is PNP. Max Collector Power Dissipation is 150 Watts. The Max Collector-Base Voltage is 250 Voltage. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250 Voltage. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Voltage. Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes.
