Here in this circuit, we can see 2 speakers, one is the bass speaker, and the other is the mid-range speaker. The inductor size is 1 inch. The copper gauge is 18, and it needs 24 turns to make 1mH. 14 turns are needed to make 0.6mH. Here have 2 pf capacitors. One is 10uf and 250 volts. Another one is 0.47uf 250v. These capacitors are Non-polarized capacitors.

Crossover for the speaker

Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker.

Always use a high voltage to achieve a high output wattage. And the heatsink should be a good one. Here, use 2sc5200 and 2sa1943. We can also use other transistors—any of PNP and NPN.
