This is an amplifier circuit diagram using ECG1355. ECG1355 hybrid power amp module. probably 35 years old IC. This board can make 100 watts. It’s a mono audio board. The stereo needs a dual circuit. Here needs a minimum of 30 volts to 60 volts. The voltage should be positive, negative, and ground voltage.

Class-D power audio amplifier 500 watts:

 

This is a Class-D power audio amplifier, 500 watts. This circuit diagram can make a maximum of 600 watts using 200 volts. It’s a mono circuit diagram. Here, use IRS20124’s IC for the driver circuit. and an IRFP260N MOSFET  for the output. This circuit needs two voltages, one for the driver section and another for the output section. 20 supply is needed for the driver section, and a minimum of 80 volts to 200 volts is needed for the output MOSFET.

Class-D power audio amplifier 500 watts

This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker
