This is an amplifier circuit diagram using transistors. Here, the C5198 and A1941 transistors are used. We can also use other transistors. any pair of NPN and PNP. like 2sc5200 and 2sa1943. It’s a mono audio circuit diagram board. This circuit can make a maximum of 400 watts. It depends on the voltage and amperes. If we use 35-0-35 voltage and 5 amperes. Then we get the output 35X5=175 watts. or 50-0-50 volts and 5 amperes. Then the output will be 50X5=250 watts.

1 Pair (C5198 + A1941) transistoes can make
Using ±35V supply → about 40W – 60W RMS (8Ω). Using ±45V supply → about 60W – 80W RMS (8Ω). Using ±50V supply → up to 80W – 100W RMS (8Ω).

A very important Factor is:
- Heatsink size (so important 🔥)
- Transformer & power supply quality must be of the best quality.
- Driver circuit (e.g., proper biasing and all components are of quality)
- Speaker impedance (4Ω vs 8Ω)
- A cooling fan is recommended for the heatsink and transformer.
The 2SC5200 transistor is an NPN bipolar junction transistor.
Basic Specification for C5198
- Transistor Type is NPN Power Transistor
- Transistor Collector-Emitter Voltage (Vceo): 160V
- Transistor Collector-Base Voltage (Vcbo): 160V
- Transistor Emitter-Base Voltage (Vebo): 5V
- Transistor Collector Current (Ic): 10A
- The Power Dissipation (Pc): 100W
- The transistor Gain (hFE): 55 – 160
- Transition Frequency is (fT): ~30 MHz.
This is an audio filter circuit diagram for an amplifier. This circuit reduces the noise from audio. Every amplifier needs this type of circuit. This circuit is for a stereo audio amplifier. This is not a speaker protection circuit diagram board. It’s only an audio filter circuit diagram.

The 2SA1943 transistor is a PNP bipolar junction transistor.
Basic Specification for A1941
- Transistor Type is PNP Power Transistor
- Transistor Collector-Emitter Voltage (Vceo): 160V
- Transistor Collector-Base Voltage (Vcbo): 160V
- Transistor Emitter-Base Voltage (Vebo): 5V
- Transistor Collector Current (Ic): 10A
- The Power Dissipation (Pc): 100W
- The transistor Gain (hFE): 55 – 160
- Transition Frequency is (fT): ~30 MHz.
This is an Amplifier circuit diagram using transistors C5198 and A1941. It’s so easy amplifier circuit diagram. here no need for dual voltage. This circuit runs with only negative and positive voltages. We can use a 12-volt battery to run this circuit. For this, we can also use this circuit in a car. We can also use another transistor. like TIP31 and TIP21. any type of PNP and NPN transistors.
