Amplifier circuit using 2sc5200:
This is an amplifier circuit using a 2sc5200 transistor. here use only NPN transistors. 6 transistors are used here. This diagram can produce 300 watts using 50-0-50 voltages and 6 amperes. it’s a mono diagram board.
Details about 2SC5200
2sc5200 Polarity is NPN. Max Collector Power Dissipation is 150 Watts. The Max Collector-Base Voltage is 250 Voltage. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250 Voltage. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Voltage. Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes.
Details about 2SA1943
2sa1943 Polarity is PNP.
Here we can see maximum voltage is 250 voltage can throw the Emitter and Collector. and the Base can take 5 voltages. and the voltage ampere can take a maximum of 17. we can use any NPN transistors here.
The diagram of this circuit is
The voltage has to be strong. the voltage and amperes. we can’t get a good watt without using good volts and amperes. we know that watts=voltageXamperes. here we are using 50-0-50 voltage and 6 amperes. so 50X6=300. we can get a maximum of 300 watts. always try to use the best quality of diode and capacitors to make the voltage. and the diode needs a heat sink to protect the diode from heat. we can use a fuse to supply the DC voltage to the circuit. the fude should be minimum 10 amperes.
