Amplifier driver circuit board

This is an amplifier driver circuit board using transistors. This is only the driver circuit board. This circuit needs power transistors to make an amplifier. PNP and NPN transistors are needed. like 2sc5200 and 2sa1943. or C5198 and A1941. positive, negative, and ground voltage. Here in this circuit, we can use a minimum 30-0-30 voltage to 80-0-80 voltage maximum. The output watts depend on the voltage and transistors. 1 pair of 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistors can make 150 watts. If we use 10 pire, then 10X150=1500 watts output. Then we have to use the voltage that can make 1500 watts of output. For a 1-pire transistor, we can use 3 amperes. So for 10 pire can use 30 amperes. 50 volts and 30 amperes can make 1500 watts.

Using ±35V supply → about 80W – 100W RMS (8Ω). Using ±45V supply → about 120W – 150W RMS (8Ω). Using ±50V supply → up to 150W – 180W RMS (8Ω).

  • Transistor Type is PNP Power Transistor
  • Transistor Collector-Emitter Voltage (Vceo): 230V
  • Transistor Collector-Base Voltage (Vcbo): 230V
  • Transistor Emitter-Base Voltage (Vebo): 5V
  • Transistor Collector Current (Ic): 15A
  • The Power Dissipation (Pc): 150W
  • The transistor Gain (hFE): 55 – 160
  • Transition Frequency is (fT): ~30 MHz.

2n3055 and 2n2955 transistor amplifier:

This is one of the best 2n3055 and 2n2955  transistor amplifier circuit diagrams. This is a 1000-watt circuit diagram. Here in this circuit, we can use 35-0-35 voltage to 70-0-70 voltage. If we use dual voltage, then it will be good. The driver circuit can use 35-0-35, and for the transistor, 70-0-70 voltage. like 70-35-0-35-70 voltage.
