How to add an extra transistor? A Maximum transistor amplifier can add extra transistors, but it will not work if we don’t increase the amperes or voltage. If we want to add an extra transistor, then we have to increase the voltage and amperage. like the voltage is 35-0-35 and 3 amperes for 2 transistors. If we add an extra 4 transistors, then we have to add an extra 4 amperes. And the voltage can be 45-0-45 maximum. 

 

Easy Bass Booster Circuit Diagram (Using a Transistor)

Components Required:

1 × NPN Transistor like BC547 or similar), 2 × Capacitors (100nF, 10µF), 3 × Resistors (10kΩ, 1kΩ, 100kΩ), 1 × Potentiometer (50kΩ), 9V–12V DC power supply. 

Circuit Working Principle

The audio input signal passes through a coupling capacitor. A resistor-capacitor network filters and enhances low frequencies. The transistor amplifies the boosted bass. The potentiometer controls the bass level. Low frequencies pass more easily through the RC network, while higher frequencies are slightly reduced. This creates a bass boost effect.

Bass Booster Using Op-Amp (Better Performance)

For better sound quality, you can use an op-amp IC such as: 1.LM358 and TL072.
