Class d amplifier circuit using IRF250N:

This is a Class d amplifier circuit using IRF250N. This diagram can make 300 watts of output. It’s a mono audio diagram. Here, use IRS2011 for the driver IC, and the IRF250N MOSFET for the output. This MOSFET can make 150 watts. Here, use 2 MOSFETs. 2X150=300 watts. We need 12 volts and a minimum of 100 volts to run this board. 12 volts for the driver IC IRS2011. A minimum 50-volt to 200-volt supply is needed for the MISFET.

It’s a 100-watt  amplifier circuit diagram using transistors. Here, we can use any of the PNP and NPN transistors. 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 are used here. It’s a mono board. A positive ground and a negative voltage are required for this circuit. We can use a minimum 25-0-25 voltage to 50-0-50 voltage. The stereo needs dual circuits.

Electrical Network Components

All resistors are 1/2 watts. mje340 and mje350 are driver transistors. These transistors also need a heatsink. So, uses 2 small heatsinks for the driver transistors. We can also change the driver transistors. 

PCB Power Amplifier 1000Watt:

This is the PCB power amplifier, 1000W. This circuit can make 1000 watts using 8 transistors. Here, use 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistors. This pair of transistors can produce a maximum of 150 watts. We can use 50-0-50 voltage. We can use any of the PNP and NPN transistors.

This is an amplifier circuit diagram using the STK0055 IC. It’s a hybrid IC. This board’s output power is 55 watts. It’s a mono audio board. This circuit needs a dual power supply. The recommended voltage supply is 33V, and the maximum is 53V. The voltage should be positive and negative, and the ground voltage should be. 33-0-33 to 53-0-53 voltage.

This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker
