This is a Class-D power audio amplifier 500 watts. This circuit diagram can make a maximum of 600 watts using 200 volts. It’s a mono circuit diagram. Here, use IRS20124’s IC for the driver circuit. and an IRFP260N MOSFET for the output. This circuit needs two voltages, one for the driver section and another for the output section. 20 supply is needed for the driver section, and a minimum of 80 volts to 200 volts is needed for the output MOSFET.

This is a 1200-watt amplifier circuit diagram using MJL21193 and MJL21194. Here, use 12 transistors. 6 pairs of transistors. One pair of transistors can make 200 watts. Also, 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 were used for the driver transistors. This voltage is 80. And the amperes are 15. We know that Voltage X amperes = Watts. Then the watts are 80X15 =1200.
