how to make transformer for the amplifier:

Transformer making is important to learn electricity and electronics. this is the way to transition the voltage. we can make step-up voltage and step-down voltage by using this transformer. here we are going to make a step-down  with 50-0-50 voltage. how to make transformer?

We are going to make this 50-0-50 voltage 

At first, we need Bobbin and Core

Here the Bobbin, I core, E core, and copper wire are used to make. first, we need the bobbin size. 

The bobbin Size is 3cm and 5cm. 3X5=15cm. bobbin size is 15cm. we know the transformer calculation rule is 42. The making calculation is 42/15=2.8. 2.8 turns wire needed for 1 voltage. first, the primary. our primary voltage is 220 for the primary 220X2.8=616. 616 turns wire needed for the primary. 

The primary winding is a ready

 

Secondary is ready 50-0-50 turns. we need 2.8 turns for 1 voltage. for the 50 voltage. 50X2.8=140 turns wine need for 50 voltage. so, 140+140=280 turns wire need for secondary.
