Class D amplifier circuit using IRF250N:
This is a Class D amplifier circuit using IRF250N. This diagram can make 300 watts of output. It’s a mono audio diagram. Here, use IRS2011 for the driver IC, and the IRF250N MOSFET for the output. This MOSFET can make 150 watts. Here, use 2 MOSFETs. 2X150=300 watts. We need 12 volts and a minimum of 100 volts to run this board. 12 volts for the driver IC IRS2011. A minimum 50-volt to 200-volt supply is needed for the MISFET.
