Class D amplifier circuit using IRF250N:

 

This is a Class D amplifier circuit using IRF250N. This diagram can make 300 watts of output. It’s a mono audio diagram. Here, use IRS2011 for the driver IC, and the IRF250N MOSFET for the output. This MOSFET can make 150 watts. Here, use 2 MOSFETs. 2X150=300 watts. We need 12 volts and a minimum of 100 volts to run this board. 12 volts for the driver IC IRS2011. A minimum 50-volt to 200-volt supply is needed for the MISFET. 

Class d amplifier circuit using IRF250N

This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from burns. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker

This is a 200-watt audio amplifier circuit diagram. This circuit can make 200 watts. Here we can use a maximum 80-0-80 voltage. We are using here 60-0-60 voltage and 4 amperes. We know voltage X amp = Watts. The sunken transistor is one of the best transistors. Here, use 2sc2922 and 2sa1216. It’s a mono circuit diagram
