This is a TDA2500 amplifier circuit 2X1200 Watts. this is a class d diagram. here we can get a maximum of 2×1200 watts. using 2 MOSFET. We can use 100-0-100 voltage to 180-0-180 voltage and 8 amperes on this board. it’s a stereo diagram. positive ground and negative voltage. here use 2 N-channel MOSFET. irf250n. and used TDA2500 IC.

This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker.

always we have to use a good quality of voltage. because voltage and amperes can make a good watt and a good sound. we know that voltage X amperes= watts. and have to use a heatsink for the MOSFET. the IC does not need a heatsink. every amplifier needs a speaker protection circuit to protect the speaker. if the circuit has any short circuit then the protection will disconnect the speaker from the direct DC voltage. for this, there also needs a speaker protection board to save the speaker.
