This is the zener diode used for fixed voltage regulator. it’s an important component in the electronics field. We can use it as a diode and a voltage regulator. here are some 1 watts Ziner lists 1N4728 is for 3.3 volts.1N4729 is for 3.6 volts. 1N4730 is for 3.9 volts. 1N4732 is for 4.7 volts.1N4733 is for 5.1 volts. 1N4734 is for 5.6 volts.1N4735 is for 6.2 volts. 1N4736 is for 6.8 volts. 1N4737 is for 7.5 volts.1N4738 is for 8.2 volts. 1N4739 is for 9.1 volts. 1N4740 is for 10 volts. 1N4741 is for 11 volts.1N4742 is for 12 volts. 1N4743 is for 13 volts. 1N4744 is for 15 volts. 1N4745 is for 16 volts. 1N4746 is for 18 volts. 1N4747 is for 20 volts. 1N4748 is for 22 volts. 1N4749 is for 24 volts. 1N4750 is for 27 volts. 1N4751 is for 30 volts. 1N4753 is for 33 volts. 1N4753 is for 36 volts.
the resistor should be a minimum of 1 watts to make this circuit diagram. the ziner diode also needs a minimum of 1 watt. for better amperes, you need to use a transistor the collector will get the source voltage from this ziner diode and the resistor makes voltage for the transistor base then we can get a strong voltage and amperes from the Transistor Emitter. we can use 2sc5200,tip41 for making the positive voltage. and for the negative voltage, we can use 2sa1943 or tip42. also need a heating for the transistor.
