This is a 1200-watt amplifier circuit diagram using MJL21193 and MJL21194. Here, use 12 transistors. 6 pairs of transistors. One pair of transistors can make 200 watts. Also, 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 were used for the driver transistors. This voltage is 80. And the amperes are 15. We know that Voltage X amperes = Watts. Then the watts are 80X15 =1200. A strong voltage and amperes can make a strong watts. An amplifier circuit is a way to convert voltage to sound.
Here, use MJL21193 and MJL21194. Maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 200 W. Maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250 V. Maximum Collector Current is 16 A. MJL21193 is PNP. and MJL21194 is NPN.
This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage.
