200 watts audio amplifier circuit diagram using 2sc5200 and 2sa1943

This is a 200-watt audio amplifier circuit diagram using 2sc5200 and 2SA1943. This circuit can make maximum of 300 watts. We are using 50-0-50 voltage and 5 amperes. 50X5=250 watts. However, this circuit can operate perfectly with a 40-0-40 voltage and 5 amperes. 40X5=200 watts. Here needs to be dual voltage positive, negative, and ground voltage.

The 2SC5200 (NPN) and 2SA1943 (PNP) are one of the most famous complementary transistor pairs in the world of high-fidelity audio. Originally designed by Toshiba, they are the “gold standard” for DIY and professional Class AB power amplifiers due to their high power handling and linear response.

2sa1943 Polarity is PNP. The maximum collector power dissipation is 150 Watts. The maximum collector-base Voltage is 250 volts. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250V. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5V. The Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes.

2sc5200 Polarity is NPN. The maximum collector power dissipation is 150 Watts. The maximum collector-base Voltage is 250 volts. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250V. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5V. The Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes.

Amplifier circuit 6 pairs of transistors:

This is an amplifier circuit with 6 pairs of transistors. 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistors are used here in this diagram. This diagram can make 600 watts. we can use 30-0-30 voltage to 60-0-60 voltage. The maximum amperes can be 10. so, 60X10=600 watts. One pair of transistors can make 100 watts.

4-transistor amplifier board:

This is a 4-transistor amplifier board. It’s a stereo transistor audio circuit diagram. This circuit can make 150+150 watts using 35-0-35 volts. Here, 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistors are used. This pair of transistors can make 150 watts. 2sc5200 is a positive NPN transistor, and 2sa1943 is a negative PNP transistor. Here we can use another transistor also. like C5198 and A1941.
