Amplifier diagram using tip41 and tip42:
This is the amplifier diagram using tip41 and tip42 transistors. It’s a mono circuit diagram. This circuit diagram can make 100 watts using 35-0-35 volts. We can use 15-0-15 volts to 40-0-40 volts in this circuit board. Here, use 2 transistors. One is a PNP, and the other is an NPN transistor. TIP41 is a positive NPN transistor. and TIP42 is a negative PNP transistor. We can use another transistor here.

Tip41 is a positive NPN transistor, and TIP42 is a negative transistor. Both the transistor base Collector, and Emitter are the same. And both transistor data are also the same. Both transistor watts are 65watts. Both transistors’ voltages are a maximum of 40 volts. Amperes are also the same 6 amperes.
Maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 65 Watts, the maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 40 Volts, and the maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 40 Volts. The maximum Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Volts. the Maximum Collector Current is 6 Amps. The Operating Junction Temperature is 150 °C.

Audio circuit diagram USA technology:
This is an audio circuit diagram USA technology. This circuit can produce 250 watts of output. 50-0-50 voltage 5 amperes. This circuit uses 4 transistors. Every transistor can take 1.3 amperes. 4 X 1.3 = 5,2 amperes. For this, we can’t use more than 5 amperes. The maximum DC voltage can be 75-0-75 voltage and 5 amperes. But the circuit requires a 50-0-50-volt, 5-amp supply. So, 50 X 5= 250 watts.
Every amplifier needs a pre-amplifier section to control the sound. like bass, tone, and mid controller. This amplifier also needs a bass tone circuit with a pre-amplifier circuit. Here is a bass tone circuit diagram link: Bass tone circuit
