The maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 160 Volts.
The maximum Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Volts.
The maximum Collector Current is 10 Amps.

A1941 is a PNP bipolar transistor used in high-power audio amplifiers. The TO3PN package it’s collector current up to 10A and a collector-emitter voltage of 160Volt.

Amplifier diagram using tip41 and tip42:
This is the amplifier diagram using tip41 and tip42 transistors. It’s a mono circuit diagram. This circuit diagram can make 100 watts using 35-0-35 volts. We can use 15-0-15 volts to 40-0-40 volts in this circuit board. Here, use 2 transistors. One is a PNP, and the other is an NPN transistor. TIP41 is a positive NPN transistor. and TIP42 is a negative PNP transistor. We can use another transistor here.

This is the 150 watts amplifier circuit diagram using 2N3055 and MJ2955. We can use 35-0-35 voltage and 5 amperes. We can get the output to be 150 watts. It’s a mono board. For stereo, there is a dual circuit board. We can use another transistor. Here are the needed PNP and NPN transistors. Use another transistor following BCE.
