DIY amplifier circuit 100W:
This is the DIY amplifier circuit 100W. this is a stereo audio diagram. it’s a mono diagram. here used one pair of transistors. This pair of transistors can produce a maximum of 100 watts. this diagram needs dual voltage. positive negative and ground voltage. 25-0-25 voltage can be used in this diagram. 15-0-15 to 30-0-30 voltage can be used in this diagram.

This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow any direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker.
Here used TIP41 and TIP42
2sc2922 Polarity is NPN. The Maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 65 Watts. The Maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 140 Volts. The Maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 100 Volts. The Maximum Collector Current is 6 amperes.
2sa1216 Polarity is PNP. The Maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 65 Watts. The Maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 140 Volts. The Maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 100 Volts. The Maximum Collector Current is 6 amperes.
