DIY amplifier circuit diagram using TDA2030:
This is a DIY amplifier circuit diagram using a TDA2030 IC. it’s a mono audio circuit, so the stereo needs a dual board. We can use 12-0-12 voltage to 18-0-18 voltage and 3 amperes on this board. we can get 30 watts using 15-0-15 voltage. positive negative and ground voltage needs in this circuit. dual IC is used in this board it’s a bridge mode circuit. we also can use TDA2050 in this board.
This board circuit diagram. we can use this amplifier for the 2.1 sound system. it’s a easy and small circuit diagram. one audio input and one audio output for the 4 ohms speaker.
The minimum Single Supply Voltage is 12V. Typical Single Supply Voltage is 15V|18V|24V|28V. The maximum Single Supply Voltage is 36V. Maximum Operating Temperature is 150°C. Amplifier Type is Class-AB. Output Type is 1-Channel Mono. Maximum Load Resistance is 8Ohm. Maximum Quiescent Current is 60mA@±18V.
The Minimum Dual Supply Voltage is ±6V. Product Length is 10.4mm(Max). The typical Dual Supply Voltage is ±9V|±12V|±15V. The Maximum Dual Supply Voltage is ±18V.
This circuit doesn’t have speaker protection. here, we need a speaker protection circuit. here is the link to get the speaker protection circuit. Diagram is here
This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. if the amplifier has any problem then this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally when the transistor makes a short circuit the voltage comes out from the speaker output line then this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow any direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is very important for protecting the speaker.
