DIY Amplifier driver circuit for transistor

This is the DIY Amplifier driver circuit for transistors of both PNP and NPN types. We can use 2 transistors to 8 transistors. One pair can make 100 watts. 8 pairs can make 800 watts. We can use a maximum 60-0-60 voltage. It’s a mono circuit board. The driver transistor needs a heatsink.

The material of the transistor is Si
The polarity is NPN
The maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 200W.
The maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 180V.
The maximum Collector Current max is 17A.
The max operating Junction Temperature is 150 °C.

The material of the transistor is Si
The polarity is PNP
The maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 200W.
The maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 180V.
The maximum Collector Current max is 17A.
The max operating Junction Temperature is 150 °C.
The transition Frequency is 25 MHz.
The Current Transfer Ratio (hFE), MIN is 33.
