DIY transistor amplifier circuit diagram using 2SC5200 and 2SA1943:

This is the DIY transistor amplifier circuit diagram using 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 transistors. This amplifier can deliver 100 watts at 35-0-35 volts and 3 amperes. It’s a mini audio amplifier circuit board. It’s a mono circuit diagram. A stereo needs a dual circuit. This circuit needs positive, negative, and ground voltage.

Here, used 2 transistors are used. 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistor. 2sc5200 is a positive NPN transistor. And 2sa1943 is a negative transistor PNP. We can also use another transistor. loke c5198 and a1941. or tip41 and tip42. Any kind of PNP or NPN transistors can be used here according to the Bass emittor and collector.

2sa1943 Polarity is PNP. The maximum collector power dissipation is 150 Watts. The maximum collector-base Voltage is 250 volts. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250V. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5V. The Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes.

2sc5200 Polarity is NPN. The maximum collector power dissipation is 150 Watts. The maximum collector-base Voltage is 250 volts. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250V. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5V. The Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes.

Audio circuit diagram USA technology:

This is an audio circuit diagram from USA technology. This circuit can make 250 watts of output. 50-0-50 voltage 5 amperes. In this circuit, 4 transistors are used. Every transistor can take 1.3 amperes. 4 X 1.3 = 5.2 amperes. For this, we can’t use more than 5 amperes. The maximum DC voltage can be 75-0-75 voltage and 5 amperes. But the circuit requires 50-0-50 voltage and 5 amperes. So, 50 X 5= 250 watts.

There needs to be positive, negative, and ground voltage. we also can use 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistors. We can use any PNP and NPN transistor.
