This is a simple circuit diagram for speed control for a dc motor. We can control the motor rpm as we want. here use one transistor only. C2072 is an NPN transistor. it’s a positive transistor. BCE transistor. we also can use another transistor same as NPN and BEC. like 2sc5200 or C5198. how to make a speed controller for dc motor.
