This is a PCB Layout Power Amplifier that uses BD249c and BD250c. it’s a mono-circuit diagram. here use positive negative and ground voltage. 50-0-50 voltage is used in this circuit. Bd249c is an NPN transistor. The material of the Transistor is Si. Polarity is NPN. Maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 125W. Maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 55V. Maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 45V. Maximum Emitter-Base Voltage is 5V. Maximum Collector Current is max 40A. The Max Operating Junction Temperature is 150 °C. Transition Frequency is 3 MHz. Forward Current Transfer Ratio is MIN: 30.
We can also use other transistors here like tip41/tip42. 2sc5200/2sa1943. 2sa1941/2sc5198. here need a speaker protection. every amplifier needs speaker protection to protect the speaker. this circuit can make 200 watts. we can use a maximum of 50-0-50 voltage and 4 amperes. we know voltage X amperes = watts. so, 50X4=200 watts. always we have to use the best quality of transformer diode and best quality of capacitors. and also need the best quality of heatsink for the transistors. as the transistors are PNP and NPN then separators.
