Stereo audio amplifier

This is the Stereo audio amplifier circuit. This circuit can make 30+30 watts using 12 volts. We can also use a 12-volt battery. Stereo audio circuit diagram with bass tone control.

Subwoofer amplifier circuit board:

This is a subwoofer amplifier circuit board. This diagram makes only bass for the amplifier. It’s a pre-amplifier diagram. This diagram runs on 12 volts. only positive and negative voltage. It’s a mono diagram. It has two adjustable volumes. One is the volume, another is the bass frequency. mono audio input and mono audio output.

This is the  Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problem, then this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor makes a short circuit, the voltage comes out from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects that voltage. This circuit should not allow any direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is very important for protecting the speaker.

8 transistor circuit board:

This is an 8-transistor circuit board. 4 are 2sc5200 another 4 are 2sa1943. It’s a mono-amplifier circuit diagram. we can use 25-0-25 to 60-0-60 voltage and 10 amperes. This circuit can make 500 watts.

Details about 2SC5200 

2sc5200 Polarity is NPN. Max Collector Power Dissipation is 150 Watts. The Max Collector-Base Voltage is 250 Voltage. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250 Voltage. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Voltage. Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes. 

Details about 2SA1943

2sa1943 Polarity is PNP. Max Collector Power Dissipation is 150 Watts. The Max Collector-Base Voltage is 250 Voltage. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250 Voltage. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Voltage. Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes. 

Here we can see maximum voltage is 250 voltage can be applied to the Emitter and Collector, and the Base can take 5 volts. And the voltage ampere can take a maximum of 17.
