This is a small amplifier circuit diagram. This circuit uses 2 transistors. 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistors are used in this circuit. This circuit can make 150 watts of output. We can use a 25-0-25 voltage up to 50-0-50 voltage and 5 amperes. It’s a mono circuit diagram. MJE350 and MJE340 are the driver transistors.

We can also use another transistor. Any PNP and NPN transistor. 2sc5200 is a positive transistor, and 2sa1943 is a negative transistor.

This is a 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistor amplifier circuit diagram. Here, 8 transistors are used. 4 pairs of transistors, one pair of transistors can make 150 watts. A 4-pair transistor can make 4X150=600 watts. This circuit can make 600 watts. The maximum current is 15A. Safe continuous current is around 6A to 10A per transistor. We know voltage X amperes = watts. If we use 60 volts and 10 amperes. Then we can get 60X10=600watts. The battery is 50 volts and 10 amperes in this circuit.
