This is a Transistor power amplifier from the USA. It’s a mono circuit diagram. This circuit can produce 50 watts using a 24-0-24 voltage. A stereo needs a dual circuit board. Here, use 2 transistors. C5198 and A1941. needs positive, negative, and ground voltage.  C5198 is an NPN transistor, and A1941 is a PNP transistor.

2SC5198 is a bipolar transistor. Polarity: NPN
Maximum Collector Power is 100 W
Maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 140 V
Maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 140 V

Maximum Collector Current is 10 A

2SA1941 is a bipolar transistor. Polarity: PNP
Maximum Collector Power is 100 W
Maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 140 V
Maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 140 V
Maximum Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 V
Maximum Collector Current is 10 A

This is the Speaker protection circuit diagram. It can protect our Speaker from the burn. If the amplifier has any problems, this circuit can save our soundbox. Normally, when the transistor creates a short circuit, the voltage is discharged from the speaker output line, and this circuit protects against that voltage. This circuit should not allow direct voltage to be sent to the speaker. This circuit is essential for protecting the speaker

Driver circuit diagram:

This is a Driver circuit diagram for the amplifier. We can use the transistor however we want. We have to use a minimum of 2 transistors and the maximum of what we want. We need one PNP and one NPN transistor. like 2sc5200 and 2sa1943. We can use a 50-0-50 voltage for this board. It’s a mono board.

This is an audio transistor circuit diagram 2sa1943 2sc5200. It’s a mono amplifier. This amplifier can make 100 watts. PNP and NPN are used here. We can also use other PNP and NPN transistors. Here in this amplifier, we can use 20-0-20 voltage to 50-0-50 voltage and 3 amperes. For the stereo amplifier, we need a dual circuit. We know that voltage X amperes= watts. Then 20 volts 3 ampere= 20X3=60 watts. 30X3=90 watts. normally we can use 35-0-35 voltage to get a good performance.
