2 transistor amplifier circuit board using C5198 and A1941

This is a 2-transistor amplifier circuit board using C5198 and A1941 transistors. It’s a mono amplifier circuit diagram. In this circuit, we can use a minimum 20-0-20 voltage to 50-0-50 voltage. We can get 100 watts from this circuit. We can also use another transistor. Here, the C5198 and A1941 transistors are used. Any kind of PNP and NPN transistors can be used here, positive or negative, and a ground voltage is needed in this circuit.

Basic Specification for C5198 is a positive transistor NPN.

The maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 160 volts. 

The maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 160 Volts. 

The maximum Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Volts. 

The maximum Collector Current is 10 Amps.

The maximum Temperature is 150 °C

Basic Specification for A1941 is a negative transistor PNP.

The maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 160 volts. 

The maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage is 160 Volts. 

The maximum Emitter-Base Voltage is 5 Volts. 

The maximum Collector Current is 10 Amps.

The maximum Temperature is 150 °C

This is a Stereo amplifier circuit diagram using transistors 2SC5200 and 2SA1943. It’s a dual-channel audio amplifier circuit board. left and right channels. Each channel can make 150 watts of output. We can use a minimum 25-0-25 voltage to 50-0-50 voltage. Here needs AC voltage. We can also use other transistors. any type of PNP and NPN transistors.
