This is an Audio amplifier circuit diagram using transistors. Here, use 3 pairs of transistors 2sc5200 and 2sa1943. This circuit can make 500 watts of output. This circuit needs dual voltage positive, negative, and ground voltage. Here in this circuit, run with a maximum 50-0-50 voltage and 10 amperes. We know voltage X amperes= 50X10=500. This circuit can make 500 watts.

2sa1943 Polarity is PNP. The maximum collector power dissipation is 150 Watts. The maximum collector-base Voltage is 250 volts. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250V. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5V. The Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes

2sc5200 Polarity is NPN. The maximum collector power dissipation is 150 Watts. The maximum collector-base Voltage is 250 volts. Max Collector-Emitter Voltage is 250V. The Max Emitter-Base Voltage is 5V. The Maximum Collector Current is 17 amperes.

Amplifier Driver Circuit Diagram:

This is an  Amplifier Driver Circuit Diagram. here used  2n3055 and 2n2955. 2n3055 is an NPN  transistor, and 2n2955 is a PNP transistor. We can use transistors according to our watts. Here needs positive, negative, and ground voltages. we also can use 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistors.

If we use dual voltage, then it will be good. For the driver circuit, use 35-0-35, and for the transistor, 70-0-70 voltage. like 70-35-0-35-70 voltage.
