how to make an amplifier using mosfet:
MOSFET amplifier 200W using IRFP250N has four pieces of IRFP250N. this mosfet is available in the electronics market. IRFP250N 200W MOSFET amplifier circuit has very good performance.
we are using 45-0-45 voltage in this circuit diagram.
The back side of the circuit
We have to use a dual type of power supply. (positive voltage, ground voltage, and negative voltage). We need a 4 amperes minimum transformer with ±45V output for the mono circuit. For the stereo circuit, we have to use 8 amperes. We also can use a 6-ampere transformer for the stereo circuit.
If we use 45 voltage and 4 ampere for a mono circuit diagram. Then our watts will be? We know voltage X amperes = Watts. Then our voltage is 45 and amperes is 4, So, 45X4=180 Watts we can get from this circuit if we use 45 voltage and 4 amperes. Or for the stereo amplifier, we have to use 8 amperes then our Watts will be. 45X8=360. Always we have to use good quality of the transformer. The transformer’s primary and secondary watts need to same watts. Otherwise, we can’t get actual watts. So please always use a good type of transformer.
