how to make delay timer circuit?

how to make a delay timer circuit:

This is a delay circuit diagram. we can set the time. because this circuit has an adjustable variable, we use 1 mega adjustable variable to set the time. sometimes we need 5 seconds. sometimes we need 10 seconds. It’s needed according to our work. where we are using this circuit. this circuit can run using 12 volts to 15 voltage. here used a 12 voltage relay. if we use a 6 voltage relay then we can use 6 voltage.how to make delay timer circuit?

Here used only one 12 voltage relay. and one 1 mega variable. and 2 capacitors 220uf 16 voltage. one LED. one resistor 1K. 2 1N4007 diodes. here we can get PCB to print to make this circuit.
