how to make speed controller?

speed controller circuit diagram:

This is a motor speed controller circuit diagram for 12 voltage motor. we also can use it for other work. This is a simple DC motor variable speed controller circuit. The circuit makes up of a timer IC NE555. power motor driver transistor IRFZ44N. This transistor has control with NE555 timer ic. It’s a high-power switching transistor and a few other components. The motor control circuit can be powered by DC 12 Voltage. This circuit is for small-size motors like toys and home appliances.
