We can use any PNP and NPN transistors. like c5198 and a1941. 2SC2922 and 2SA1216. We can use 20-0-20 voltage to 50-0-50 voltage. positive, negative, and ground voltage.

The material of the transistor is Si
The polarity is NPN
The maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 200W.
The maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 180V.
The maximum Collector Current max is 17A.
The max operating Junction Temperature is 150 °C.
The transition Frequency is 25 MHz.
The Current Transfer Ratio (hFE), MIN is 33.

The transistor 2SC1216:
The material of the transistor is Si
The polarity is PNP
The maximum Collector Power Dissipation is 200W.
The maximum Collector-Base Voltage is 180V.
The maximum Collector Current max is 17A.
The max operating Junction Temperature is 150 °C.
The transition Frequency is 25 MHz.
The Current Transfer Ratio (hFE), MIN is 33.
