• Transistor Collector Current (Ic): 15A
• The Power Dissipation (Pc): 150W
• The transistor Gain (hFE): 55 – 160
• Transition Frequency is (fT): ~30 MHz. 

This is an amplifier circuit diagram using TDA7293 and TDA7294. This circuit can make 100+100 watts in stereo mode and 200 watts output in bridge mode. This circuit has a bridge mode pin. Here needs 25-0-25 voltage Ac voltage is needed. 25 volts 10 amperes. We can use both the Ic TDA7294 and TDA7293.
