Class d amplifier circuit diagram using IRF250N

This is the Class D amplifier circuit diagram using the MOSFET. This circuit can make 500 watts output. It’s a mono class D audio amplifier. We can use a minimum of 50 volts to 200 volts maximum. Class d amplifier circuit diagram using IRF250N.

Here, use IRS20124S IC, and 2 MOSFETS. The IC needs another 20 volts.

The maximum Power Dissipation: 150 Watts

The maximum Drain-Source Voltage: 200 Volts

Class D amplifier circuit using IRF250N:

This is a Class D amplifier circuit using IRF250N. This diagram can make 300 watts of output. It’s a mono audio diagram. Here, use IRS2011 for the driver IC and the IRF250N MOSFET for the output. This MOSFET can make 150 watts. Here, use 2 MOSFETs. 2X150=300 watts. We need 12 volts and a minimum of 100 volts to run this board. 12 volts for the driver IC IRS2011. A minimum 50-volt to 200-volt supply is needed for the MISFET.

How to make the voltage:

How to make the voltage for the amplifier 50-0-50 voltage and 12-0-12 voltage? Every amplifier needs a good voltage to produce a good output watt. We know that Vol X amp = Watts. So voltage is important for an amplifier. Here in this article, we can see how to make a vol. We can get a circuit diagram to make the vol. 

Here, this circuit uses 4 diodes, 1N5408. This diode can take 3 amperes; one side has 2 diodes. 2X3=6 amperes.  50 X 6= 300 watts can be made using this vol. 4 capacitors are used in this circuit diagram. We can also use 2 capacitors. After the 12-0-12 volt, we use a 12-volt Zener diode and 1k resistors. This 12-0-12 vol for the bass tone circuit.
