The device is robust, with thermal stability ensured by its TO220 package, which facilitates heat dissipation. Gate threshold voltage ranges from 2V to 4V, making logic-level driving feasible. Proper heat sinking and gate drive voltage are critical for optimal performance.

How to make an inverter 12 volts:
