This is the DIY amplifier circuit diagram using transistors. This circuit can deliver up to 300 watts. It’s a mono circuit board. For stereo have to use 2 boards. Here, use PNP and NPN transistors. Any transistor can be used in this circuit. The supply should be a minimum 25-0-25 voltage and a maximum 80-0-80 voltage.

here use 2sc2922 and 2sa1216

This is a motor speed controller circuit diagram for 12 voltage motor. We can also use it for other work. This is a simple DC motor variable speed controller circuit. The circuit is made up of a timer IC NE555. power motor driver transistor IRFZ44N. This transistor has control with NE555 timer ic. It’s a high-power switching transistor and a few other components. The motor control circuit can be powered by a DC 12V voltage. This circuit is for small-sized motors like toys and home appliances. 

2. Complementary Pair

It is almost always used in conjunction with its PNP complementary partner: the 2SA1216.

This pair forms the core of a Class AB or Class B push-pull output stage, where the NPN transistor handles the positive half of the audio signal waveform, and the PNP transistor handles the negative half.

3. Package and Cooling

The 2SC2922 is typically housed in the MT-200 package (which is similar to TO-3P or TO-247 but may be slightly larger), designed for through-hole mounting. With a power dissipation of 200 W, it requires a substantial heatsink to prevent thermal runaway and ensure reliable operation, especially when used in high-power amplifier designs (e.g., 100W, 150W, or higher).
